Peaceful and best possible location with parking on site. Comfortable beds and well decorated and well-kept rooms. Fantastic view of the mountain from the window.

This place is fantastic with fairly clean and huge rooms, a pretty nice area, quiet atmosphere, a nice bathroom, excellent facilities.

The location in a beautiful area was exceptionally nice and there were main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. A train station was short walk from the hotel, I greatly enjoyed it. The breakfast was generous and nice with outstanding variety.

Fantastic accommodation with consistently courteous staff with good service. Lovely views overlooking the mountain from the great-sized and well-maintained room. A really nice restaurant for dinner❤

Onsen is Greatttttt!!!!

Great location! 100m from Station with an elevator so it's very good with a handicap or family with baby cart. An outdoor onsen is amazing, the precious memory you would get.

Some hotel stuffs are not good at English.

Conveniently located near restaurants and a fantastic onsen 😊. Just a short walk from Italian Dining Ortensia, which is a great dinner spot!

The hotel is directly opposite Hakone Yumoto train station, making it extremely convenient for travellers to reach there. Since we reached Hakone early, we left our luggage with the hotel. When we returned, our luggage were already in our room. We were brought up right to the doorsteps of our room by one lady staff to ensure we do not lose our way in hotel. The spa onsen facilities are fully equipped with indoor, outdoor open air onsens and a steambath room. Had a overall most satisfying experience with this hotel. Will return if we have chance.

the hotel's convenient location at the foot of the mountainsides made my stay extra special. the staff were very helpful and made my experience enjoyable. 3. Being close to the main shopping street was a great convenience during my stay.

The room was large, included fridge and table for 4 to eat at. The room was very clean had a balcony. The private hot baths were really good value for money. A really good hotel

Convenience and proximity to the train station and bus stop. In addition, the price is relatively fair for stay near Hakone.

Not sure whether the hot spa is an "onsen" or not. Water don't seemed to be from natural hot spring. Tv programme very limited for international travellers.
